Twisty_ENC_OPS wrote:Dear Twisty_ENC_OPS, Thanks for emailing us. The stance on lotteries being held is that it is up to the member to see if its withing jurisdiction of where they live to see if its legal. If its legal and allowed then it still operates on a buyer beware policy. The policy on lotteries is that it is not endorsed or supported by Utherverse® and operates on a buyer beware policy. If it is within the jurisdiction of where you live, you are allowed to operate them. KT

Thanks for clarifying

Further clarification is still necessary. According to the rules its not allowed, no mention is made of "according to where you live...blah blah blah" unless they have been changed. Are people not still in the wrong by operating one from where they live? Others taking part may live in an area that doesn`t allow it. It still seems a hell of a grey area. With one thing being stated in the forums and another in the rules. What happens when something goes wrong, will the rules be quoted or a comment in the forums thats not even a sticky? Sam

It means simply Sam , what KendrickT says ; Utherverse has no responsibility if something goes wrong.

Does this mean that gambling of any description is allowed in Utherverse now?
